WE are a boutique commercial real estate business licensed in Maryland, that provides brokerage services focused on office and retail property.

Our experience includes leasing and sales within central business districts, shopping centers, freestanding and mixed-use properties in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Carroll County. We are particularly knowledgeable about the Baltimore metropolitan areas and urban real estate product. Max Realty fills a niche by servicing mostly small and medium sized clients with local and regional roots.

Tenant Representation

Value – We find the best locations and the best value for our clients. With a narrow geographic focus, Max Realty intimately understands the market in which its Tenant clients seek to lease or purchase space. We know the strengths and weaknesses of locations and properties, as well as, those of management and we are able to identify the best space available that matches our client’s criteria.

Landlord Representation

We are a “boutique” firm because we focus on superior service. Unlike other, larger companies we are not attempting to be something to everyone. In fact, we counsel property owners prior to taking listings so they have expectations that are compatible with success.

As a result of our purposely limited client load, we respond to inquiries, and show property promptly, as well as, communicate frequently with property owners. Since we only service product we truly understand, we market effectively.
